Lets forget the past and all that went on, and who was right or wrong
That is a matter for history, this is a new dawn, the past is already gone
Forget the tooth for a tooth and an eye for an eye, for Moses is long since dead
So if your aim is revenge, you better kiss it goodbye , and get it out of your head

Do away with pity and the chip on your shoulder, now is the time to take heed
