C'mon Everybody

C'mon Everybody

by Elvis Presley

on C'mon Everybody (1971), Elvis Presley часть 11-12 (Soundtracks (1963-1969) In Concerts (1968-1970))

(Words & music by Byers)
Come on everybody and snap your fingers now
Come on everybody clap your hands real loud
Come on everybody take a real deep breath
And repeat after me
I love my baby
I love my baby
Hey, hey, hey and my baby loves me

Come on everybody and whistle this tune right now
Come on everybody and stomp your feet real loud
Come on everybody take a real deep breath
And repeat after me
I love my baby
I love my baby
Hey, hey, hey and my baby loves me

Well there ain't nothing wrong with the long-haired music
Like Brahms, Beethoven and Bach
Well I was raised with a guitar in my hand
And I was born to rock
Well, come on everybody and turn your head to the left
Come on everybody and turn your head to the right
Come on everybody take a real deep breath
And repeat after me
I love my baby
I love my baby
Hey, hey, hey and my baby loves me

Was it the song you were looking for? No

Some of the lyrics are: She plays long haired music the kind you don't hear today so I am playing long haired music hoping that will be the way to get her by me. Oh, I played Bach and Brahms Beethoven too and that's not all I'll play before I'm through

It's a song from the mid 60's I thought the name was "Long haired music' but no one seems to be able to find a song by that name. It was a pop song on the charts I even had the 45 but can't find it now

It came out about the same year as 'Hooray for Hazel"
