Towards The Sun

by Climax Blues Band

on Tightly Knit (1971), Blues from the Attic (Complete Session) (2004)

Seems like all my life I've been working
I've never had no time to burn
Now I've got myself a little money
Gonna do the things I've never done

That's why I'm driving down the road
Heading down towards the sun

Seems like all my life I've been trouble
I've said goodbye to everyone
I've heard the news about the good times
And now I'm gonna get me some

That's why I'm driving down the road
Heading down towards the sun

That's why I'm driving down the road
Heading down towards the sun

That's why I'm driving down the road
Heading down towards the sun
