I am so ecstatic you found me this song. I was trying to sing to my husband. But he would not believe me that there is a song like this. At last, I have my proof that this song exists
I have search for the origins of these lyrics in my head for years. I am 65 years old and these lyrics have been driving me crazy. I have searched many lyric sites and not found this. I had this album when I was in college during the early 1970’s. The melody line was just as I remembered it. Happily, Apple Music had this recording of Alan Hull. It was a great stoner album!!
Brilliant, been looking for this song for years, ever since I downloaded it from limewire years ago. Kept searching under voodoo not hoodoo. What memories!
Yes thank you so very much. I had the tune in my head , but I couldn’t put the song lyrics down in my memory. After searching all over the web, I found you and bam there it was. You’ve got a friend in me.
i was searching for a song and in the refrain was: "I look, i walk, i think i don't care, i smoke, i drink and it doesn't get me anywhere" it is a slow song and it was sang by a woman
The song I'm looking for was sang by an African or African American man... At the beginning of the video you see the following word I'm so sick of your love
PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS SONG: Come with me underwater come with me underwater feel like I’m underwater feel like I’m underwater bring me power dum dum under water dum dum dum underwater
Great service , I actually tried another snippet of lyrics and got this result but didn't believe it was the right song. It was dead on both times ever with a poor "user" input
OMG! Yes! I've searched for about two hours and finally scrolled to find songsearch. U made it so simple. I simply put in lyrics and found it in five seconds! I had one of those, why didn't I think of this sooner moments! Thank u!
Thanks for helping me out. I heard a few lyrics in a movie I was watching & I couldn't remember the rest of the song or who made it. It was driving me crazy. It's a great song, I haven't heard in a long time. I appreciate your website.
THANK YOU,U ROCK, FUCKING AWESOME. I would have stayed up all night trying to remember (literally all night since I got home at 11:40 and have to be at work 7a.m. ) U SAVED MY KNIGHT!!!
I loved this song! I thought it was being sung by Johnney Cash's wife June Carter Cash! It totally should be sold & shared, it was a hauntingly beautiful song. Thank you so much for creating it. Lol, then I scroll down & it has iTunes selling it!

The name is someone like you or someone I thought you were it's basically a song that is saying the person looks the same on the outside but is different on the inside
